A Little about me

My name is Adam Joseph Zdanowski. I would describe myself as a driven, caring person who loves to learn new things.  I recently graduated from the University of Michigan Flint, with a degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in General Business. I have always had a distinct interest in computers and am happy to be looking to make it my career. Recently, I completed the Google Data Analytics Professional Certification and am looking to center my future career around the ever-growing world of data.   • IT ServiceNow Administrator (Jan. 2022 – Present)
    • Developed and configured the companion mobile application for use by the entire organization
    • Provided ServiceNow support to internal employees by customizing applications, resolving tasks, and solving incidents
    • Performed data analysis by finding trends and creating data dashboards and visualizations with native ServiceNow functionality along with Microsoft Power BI
    • Completed routine ServiceNow tasks like leading Change Advisory Board meetings, updates, maintenance, survey completion, upgrades, and more
  • Freelance Web Developer and Graphic Designer (Present)
    • Taught myself how to create visually appealing websites using WordPress and Elementor
    • Created websites for small businesses looking to stand out using the above tools
    • Designed several logos for professional use 
    • Reworked different iterations of designs depending on user feedback

Volunteer experience

  • School Volunteering
    • Selected to be part of my high schools Advisory Committee, tasked to provide student opinion on how to allocate state-allotted business program funds
    • Ran a booth at List Elementary Science night to perform experiments with students.
    • Sold chili and hot chocolate to visitors at the Frankenmuth Farmer’s Market Christkindlmarkt.
    • Recorded times for a local gymnastics event at the Frankenmuth Credit Union Event Center. 
  • Church Volunteering
    • Participated in the annual Squash Round-Up, by unloading and stacking multiple trucks full of squash for the local Frankenmuth Bavarian Inn Restaurant. 
    • Raked leaves for members of Blessed Trinity during the annual Rake ‘n’ Run.
    • Cleaned the yards and gardens of some local elderly community members.  
  • Athletics Volunteering
    • Sold 50/50 raffle tickets at the local Frankenmuth Auto Show to benefit the Frankenmuth Athletic Association.
    • Filmed all of the football games for the Frankenmuth JV football team. 
    • Helped unload trucks and set up various items and structures for a benefit race with the JV football team.
